Tiffany: Office Manager
Tiffany was born & raised in Frederick County, Va. She has worked in the dental industry for over 24 years obtaining experience in dental assisting and all operations of the front office. Her favorite thing about working at Peak Dental is interacting with patients and helping them attain their goals. Her top priority is to ensure that all of our patients have a wonderful experience. Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys working in her various gardens, home projects, and spending time with her husband Eric & english mastiff Quin.
Becky: Dental Hygienist
Becky is a registered Dental Hygienist that graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in May 2000. With over 20 years of dental hygiene experience, her passion in the field of dentistry is keeping her patients healthy through education and prevention.
Florentina: Dental Hygienist
Florentina is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 20 years of dental experience, 12 of which as a registered dental hygienist. Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Western Community College in May 2012 with an Associate Degree of Applied Sciences in Dental Hygiene and received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence! Her favorite part of being a hygienist is getting to know the patients and helping them achieve healthy gums through non-surgical periodontal treatments, education, and preventive care.
Florentina is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 20 years of dental experience, 12 of which as a registered dental hygienist. Born and raised in Romania, Florentina has been living in the United States since 2003 and in Winchester since 2004. She and her husband have one grown son and two spoiled cats. When she isn’t busy at the practice, her favorite hobbies include gardening, reading, cooking and baking for family, friends, and church gatherings.
Jamie: Dental Assistant
Jamie earned her Dental Assistant Certification at Fortis Institute in Wayne, NJ. After graduating in 2017, she moved to Virginia with her husband John. Jamie began dental assisting at Peak Dental in April 2024 and strives for excellent patient care and creating trusting relationships. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and making delicious desserts.
Debbie: Dental Assistant
Debbie started in the dental field over 35 years ago and joined our practice in 2019 as a dental assistant. Passionate about her role, she especially treasures time with her daughter Marisa.
Kacie: Insurance & Treatment Plan Coordinator
Kacie joined our office in March 2024 as our Insurance & Treatment Plan Coordinator with 4 years of experience. She is passionate about building connections with patients and enjoys being a part of bringing confidence in one’s smile. She strives to be able to give the best care for patients and high quality experience here at Peak Dental. Outside of the office, Kacie spends her time with her husband and building a life for their 3 boys. She looks forward to the little things and being there for her family and friends.
Kristin: Patient Care Coordinator
Kristin joined Peak Dental in September 2024 with over 4 years of dental experience. Her favorite thing about dentistry is meeting new people and learning new things everyday. Outside of work, she has an adult daughter Kloey. She enjoys spending time with her family and her sweet pitbull JuJu.
